FOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS (PLEASE READ):
1. Pick-Up Sites and Neighborhood Buying Clubs:
We personally deliver orders to pick-up sites and buying clubs. A 7% delivery fee (with a cap of $30) is added to cover fuel costs. Payments are made with cash or checks at the delivery site. Please check our website for directions to our pick-up locations. Buying clubs are open to all!
2. Ship-to-Home via UPS: Our frozen meats are shipped only in the Pacific Northwest on Wednesdays via UPS 1-Day or 2-Day Ground. The cost is $1.25/lb. for the first 40 lbs. of the package, and $.75/lb. for any weight beyond 40 lbs. with a $35 minimum. Larger orders are FAR less expensive to ship ‘per pound’ than smaller orders.
3. Walla Walla Free Home Delivery: Our Thursday afternoon home deliveries are free for orders over $50 and just $5 for smaller orders.
4. Walla Walla Retail Store: Please contact us to confirm when you would like to pick up your order.
 
These 1 1/4" thick steaks from the rib eye are also known as the entrecote (a French bistro favorite). Meat from the rib section is more marbled, tender, and fattier than most other cuts of beef. When cut into steaks they are one of the most popular, juicy and flavorful steaks available. The rib steak remains bone in. The extra fat and moistrue next to the bone will add an additional kick in the taste buds. Best cooking method for this particuler steak is dry heat, just season with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper then simply pan sear or cook it on the grill. Just remember to let your steaks rest before and after cooking.
