| No Heritage Turkeys in 2010 |

Sadly, we will have no heritage turkeys available to sell in 2010. Very recently, we were informed that the farm where this year's turkeys were to be raised would have no heritage turkeys for us. This is the first year we have not hatched and raised the turkeys ourselves. We do, however, have some broad breasted turkeys to offer again this year. The feedback on these birds is always great, but we recognize that some customers prefer the stronger flavor of the heritage breeds.
We know that many of you have made our heritage turkeys a part of your annual Thanksgiving tradition. We could not be more sorry about this disappointing turn of events. We will attempt to address this situation in more detail in an upcoming newsletter. Please accept our most sincere apologies.
